Since 2014, as part of the condensate stabilization unit No. 3, two semi-submersible pumps model GNVTs-25-60-P3.7-H-T1-UHL2 produced by Villina LLC have been operated. Todays the number of their total hours in operation is 5222. For the time of the operation of the pumps, no failures and breakdowns were recorded.

Currently SK RUSVIETPETRO LLC operates Villina pumping units model GNVTs-E-5-230-N-UHL4 produced by NPP Start-Gidromash LLC. This pumping equipment meets our high requirements.

The use of GNVTs leak-proof units has allowed:
• to improve environmental safety at the facility due to the complete tightness of the pumps and the absence of leakage of the pumped product;
• to increase the availability of the pumping units by eliminating maintenance, adjustment and replacement of stuffing box and mechanical seals;
• to exclude emergency situations with fire and explosion;
• to exclude the necessity of installing a massive foundation for the pump.

We plan to continue modernization of pumping units by replacing pumps with stuffing boxes and mechanical seals with leak-proof pumps of GNVTs type.

NIIPTkhimmash JSC (14.01.2015, Deputy General Director)

In 2013, our company purchased Villina pumping equipment manufactured by NPP Start-Gidromash LLC. These pumps were used as part of the tank equipment designed and manufactured by NIIPTkhimmash JSC, which was later supplied to Gazprom Pererabotka. The pumps are used for pumping gas condensate with a temperature of 180 degrees.
