Vertical pumps, Nizhny Novgorod Region

Three horizontal pumping units for pumping aggressive chemicals were shipped to the enterprise of the Nizhny Novgorod region. GNVTs-8-30-100-H-UHL2 pump specifications: flow rate 30 m³/h with head of 100 m.

As the pump in intended to operate with very chemically aggressive media, the customer had special requirements for the materials used:

• custom fluoroplastic gaskets;
• flanges with a tongue-and-groove connecting surface;
• the pump is completely made of stainless steel;
• spare parts kit for 2-year operation.

The pumping unit is equipped with a vaste range of instrumentation, including stationary vibration sensors, temperature sensors, etc.
